Getting started

  • Signing in. Create a free account with the Sign up link on the sign-in screen, or sign in with your existing email and password. Workspace members can also use an account created for them by their administrator.
  • App lock (Face ID / Touch ID). Optional, off by default. On mobile you can turn it on in Profile → App lock to require your device biometric each time the app opens. Turn it off any time in Profile or from the lock screen (“Turn off on this device”).
  • Scanning a document. Tap New Document and choose to upload a PDF or scan pages with your camera — scans are converted to a signable PDF automatically.

Frequently asked questions

  • The app asks for Face ID / Touch ID when it opens. That means App lock is enabled on this device. Turn it off in Profile → App lock, or on the lock screen tap “Turn off on this device”.
  • How do I send a document for signature? Open a document, place the signature and form fields, add your recipients as signers/approvers/viewers, and tap Send. You can track status in real time.
  • How do I sign a document sent to me? Open the link or the item in your Inbox, then tap each field to sign, initial, or fill it.
  • How do I reset my password? Contact your organization administrator or email us at admin@kin52.com.
  • How do I delete my account and data? Open Profile, scroll to “Delete account”, tap Delete my account, and confirm with your password. Your account and personal data are permanently deleted right away — no email required. If you are the only member of your workspace, the workspace and all of its documents are deleted too.
