Getting started
- Signing in. KIN52 e-Sign requires an account provided by your organization. Enter the email and password you were given on the sign-in screen.
- App unlock (Face ID / Touch ID). On mobile, the app can lock behind your device biometrics for extra security. If a prompt appears, confirm with Face ID / Touch ID to continue. You can turn this off from the lock screen (“Turn off on this device”) or in Settings.
- Scanning a document. Tap New Document and choose to upload a PDF or scan pages with your camera — scans are converted to a signable PDF automatically.
Frequently asked questions
- I signed in but the app keeps asking for Face ID / Touch ID. Update to the latest version. If it persists, on the lock screen tap “Turn off on this device” or “Sign out”, then sign in again.
- How do I send a document for signature? Open a document, place the signature and form fields, add your recipients as signers/approvers/viewers, and tap Send. You can track status in real time.
- How do I sign a document sent to me? Open the link or the item in your Inbox, then tap each field to sign, initial, or fill it.
- How do I reset my password? Contact your organization administrator or email us at admin@kin52.com.
- How do I delete my account and data? Open Profile, scroll to “Delete account”, tap Delete my account, and confirm with your password. Your account and personal data are permanently deleted right away — no email required. If you are the only member of your workspace, the workspace and all of its documents are deleted too.
